About OMIC Tokyo Laboratories |

The Tokyo Laboratories were first established in Fukagawa, Koto Ward, Tokyo in 1956, and moved to Zama City, Kanagawa Prefecture in 1965 to respond to the increased demand for testing and analysis of minerals.
In July 2004, the Laboratories gained the status of a registered laboratory under the Food Sanitation Law by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
The Laboratories carry out various activities as a technical center of the OMIC group, focusing on food safety inspections including pesticide residue analysis as well as heavy metal analysis, mycotoxin analysis etc.
